CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEU)

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT (CEU):

Course design and development is in accordance with the standards established by the US Bureau/Department of Education for continuing education and the course instruction/evaluation adhere to the guidelines developed by the IACET. Course attendees meeting the minimum evaluation requirements can be awarded the traditional Continuing Education Unit (CEU).

To receive CEU’s the course attendees must (1) attend all training sessions, (2) with a successful evaluation, (3) turn in a signed/completed course evaluation questionnaire, and (4) retain the training Certificate of Completion for verification of CEU’s.

.

Each CEU represents 10 hours of instruction so two 6-hour class days would be 1.2 CEU’s.
